Purpose | (Clinical Focus: This value set contains terms that may be useful in evaluating urine drug screen results for adherence to prescribed therapy, diversion of prescribed medications, and/or misuse of illicit or prescribed medications in the context of chronic pain management.),(Data Element Scope: This value set contains terms defining urine drug screen tests that may be useful to monitor pharmacologic therapy during chronic pain management.),(Inclusion Criteria: Urine drug screen LOINC codes.
