| Description | Original Inclusion: "RxNorm TTY = IN, MIN, SCD, SBD, GPCK, BPCK based on the NDCs included in the CDC "NDC_Unit_Use" file which contains vaccines currently in use by CVX code. In addition, include the noted RxNorm TTY where the NDC is missing from RxNorm but the drug name matches."
2018-05-07 Using MEDRT: find all EPC with "vaccine" in name, then pull all SCD or SBD concepts linked. Include "Obsolete" concepts.
2019: all TTY=SBD or SCD with a CVX code mapped. This results in only active vaccines included. Changed this to retrieving all concepts with "vaccine" in the name and limiting to SCD or SBD brings in "obsolete" concepts that do not have a CVX mapped. |
