delivery-other-assisted-breech-extraction	Assisted breech extraction	A breech birth the attendant assists, using manoeuvres to deliver the arms and head once the buttocks and trunk have descended. Distinct from #delivery-breech, which is the mode recorded when the breech birth needed no assistance.
delivery-other-internal-podalic-version	Internal podalic version and breech extraction	The attendant turns the fetus to a breech lie by hand inside the uterus and delivers it by breech extraction. In practice almost always the second of twins.
delivery-other-vbac	Vaginal birth after caesarean	A vaginal birth in a woman whose previous delivery was by caesarean section.
delivery-other-twin-second-cs	Twin, second delivered by caesarean	A twin birth in which the first twin was born vaginally and the second by caesarean section. It sits here because it is the one delivery that no single mode describes.
delivery-other-delivered-before-arrival	Delivered before arrival	The baby was born before the mother reached the facility, so no mode was observed by the staff who received her. Where the place of delivery is also being recorded, #delivery-bba says the same thing of the place.
delivery-other-symphysiotomy	Symphysiotomy	Vaginal birth achieved by surgically dividing the pubic symphysis to enlarge the pelvis.
delivery-other-destructive-operation	Destructive operation	Vaginal delivery of a dead fetus achieved by an operation that reduces its size, such as craniotomy.
