DescriptionThis ValueSet combines two SNOMED CT UK Refsets to allow selection of a code from the SNOMED Clinical Terminology UK coding system. It includes a Refset that describes any assessment of mobility issues and impacts including mobility in and outside the home, falls and any impact on carers/dependents (recorded with their consent). This incorporates any code from the SNOMED CT UK 'Mobility Issues' subset with subset original id 6001000000138; the corresponding SNOMED CT UK Refset fully specified name is 'Mobility issues simple reference set (foundation metadata concept)' with Refset id 999001551000000100. It also includes a Refset that describes a list of descriptions explaining an individual’s personal physical movement, between two spaces, that achieves participation and a degree of independence. This incorporates any code from the SNOMED CT UK 'Mobility findings' subset with subset original id 69541000000135; the corresponding SNOMED CT UK Refset fully specified name is 'Mobility findings simple reference set (foundation metadata concept)' with Refset id 999002551000000108.
