Sie habe nach dem Aufstehen plötzlich keine Luft mehr bekommen. Außerdem verspürte Sie stärkstes dumpfe Stechen im Thorax. Ihr Notfallspray habe nicht geholfen und nach einigen Minuten habe sie dann den RTW gerufen. Sie habe auch starken Hustenreiz gehabt, auch mit Auswurf, das kenne sie aber von ihrer COPD. Keine Schmerzausstrahlung, kein thorakales Engegefühl, EKG im RTW unauffällig. Der Blutdruck habe zuhause bei 170/110 gelegen, das sei aber öfter so. Sonstige Beschwerden seien nicht vorhanden</div>"
